What are Secure Payments?

Secure Payments is an optional end-to-end flow that automates collections and protects both sides of a shared account group.

• Automated on‑time collections and payouts: Monthly charges and payouts run automatically—no more chasing members or tracking spreadsheets.
• Fraud protection for members: Members are protected against not receiving the promised service.
• Non‑payment protection for owners: Account owners are protected against late or missing payments.
• Incident management: Clear flows to report and resolve issues quickly, with platform support.

Prefer to handle everything on your own? You can still create self‑managed groups with no platform fees.

New: Reputation and Badges

To add a stronger layer of trust to the community, we’re launching a Reputation system:

• Profile reputation: See at a glance who consistently pays on time and honors agreements.
• Badges: Earn badges as you use the platform and build trust (e.g., on‑time payer, reliable owner, problem solver).
• Discover trusted people faster: Filter and evaluate potential partners more confidently.

How to get started

1. Create a group or explore available accounts
2. Choose Secure Payments to automate billing and add protection, or go self‑managed if you prefer to handle payments privately
3. Build your Reputation over time and unlock badges as you contribute to a safer community
